It is a dietary supplement packed full with vitamins, antioxidants and other herbal/naturally obtained ingredients. It thereby fights acne from inside (internally) acting like an internal cleanser. It contains Ubidecarenone Co-Enzyme Q10 which is naturally made in the body. It is a co-enzyme so helps enzymes to function properly. It is also an antioxidant which helps produce the energy necessary for cell growth. Also present in the product is Hydrolyzed collagen which helps the body’s collagen containing tissues like the bones and cartilage. All that in one capsule, I think that it is simply great. It is possible to obtain the ingredients individually but that would mean you popping a lot of capsules every day. I don’t think I can do that. So this is so convenient for me.
