HOW TO APPLY YOUR EYESHADOW

Hi guys. Lately I have been feeling green eyeshadow, so I got a few tips on green eyeshadow and how to make your eyes look spectacular.

Green is a versatile color that can be worn anytime, depending on the effect you want to achieve. Rich teals, light lemons, apple greens are some of the different types of green color available, so choose the one that suits your skin tone. Blending is the key and note that it may not match that green you plan to wear! Make sure to prime lids first to keep the color true and long lasting. Warm it up with browns, wines, plum on the lips and crease on the cheek.

APPLICATION TIP: You can create that peacock-hued lids by applying black liner to the upper lash line, top it with green shadow blending upward for a wash of color on the lid.

You can join the navy by using navy colored mascara. Navy mascara makes green shadow look turquoise, which is a highly flattering shade.

MAJOR TIP: Even if you go bare on lids, colored mascara offers a subtle way to accent eye color.

Remember that you might not get it right the first time (unless you are pretty good), so don’t give up. Try again and again; get your friends to let you know if the green shadow is great on you. If it is not, try another shade of green. It is important that you know that the essence of make-up is to make you radiant and beautiful and not to make you look like a clown. So always try the ‘less is more’ trick until you are very good.

Well that is all I have for you today. Hope you join me next time for another beauty or health tip.

Stay beautifully blessed, your girl, Bim nubi.

P.S: If you want to know how I got rid of my acne check previous postings on this blog and also check http://Acnespotfree.blogspot.com or http://Acnespotfree.wordpress.com. Hope you love it. Love to see you and get your comments on my postings. See ya.

EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC OF EYE SHADOW

Hi ya all. I sure am glad to be able to write today. Hope you enjoyed my health tips and actually practiced it. I know it might not be easy to adhere to but look at it from this point of view; you would eventually get a great body and a great skin. So STICK with it.

Today I have decided to talk about how to apply your eye shadow to give your eyes and face that glamorous (hey, remember fergie’s song)look.

Applying eye shadow is the most important part of your eye make-up because it can help to contour the eyes and add emphasis to them. The eyes are the most important focal point of the face, hence the eye make-up techniques and choice of colors for eye shadow should suit the shape and color of your eyes.

So here we go with the application tips, however before I start I just want to let you know about a fashion flaw concerning eye shadows. DO NOT apply the same color of eye shadow as your dress (i.e. your eye shadow color should compliment your dressing and not be the same color). So now that we are through with that, let’s get on with the show. Bring out your eye shadow kit and let’s see if the tips work.

APPLICATION TIPS
1. Select a light color base using a brush; sweep it across your entire lid, from brow to lash liner.

2. Use a long brush to apply eye shadow. Always watch out for dark colors because they can end up looking theatrical.

3. Use a medium toned shade to cover your lower lids.

4. Blend eye shadow by stroking the lid gently with an eye shadow brush. Never use your fingers; you could end up wiping off the entire eye shadow.

5. Lighter shadows help the eyes look bigger while darker shades make them look smaller. For bigger eyes, sweep a light shade over the lid and darker shade on the outer corner of the lid and the crease.

6. Outline the eyes using the eyeliner on the outer side of the upper and lower lids while tapering on the outside to elongate it.

Okay, girls that’s all. Hope the tips help you in achieving the look that you want.
I hope to bring you more tips on how to use your eye shadow maybe on how to combine colors. I don’t know yet, but you can find out by joining me next time.

It’s your girl, Bim nubi saying ‘Remain beautifully blessed’. Ciao.

P.S: If you are interested in getting rid of your acne check out http://Acnespotfree.blogspot.com or http://Acnespotfree.wordpress.com.

P.P.S: I just want to use this medium to say Goodbye to Heath Ledger and offer my condolences to his family and friends. I know he is in a better place. I would also like to join in asking that he should be given an Oscar for his performance in the “Dark Knight”.

Good bye Heath, the world loves you but I guess God loves you more and wanted you with him. You won’t be forgotten.

CHANGE IN PLANS

Hi ya all. I have been unable to write a post since ‘cos I have been kinda weak. But that is over now, Thank GOD.

Well today folks I have decided to make some changes in my blog postings, I would now be posting all my trials and fight with acne on my other blog http://Acnespotfree.blogspot.com so that I can dedicate this one to giving out beauty and health tips that I discover. This would make the blog less congested, don’t you think so?

So today I would like to share with you 2 tips (contain in Sally Freeman’s Ageless Natural Beauty) that would help you maintain youthful and healthy skin. Hope you follow them religiously. It can help you in obtaining that acne free skin that you want.
Here are the tips:

1. Eat your Fruits and Vegetables: Antioxidants are your body’s first line of defense against free radical damage and are usually contained in huge amounts in fruits and vegetables. They are also obtained in some supplements sold at your local drug stores, check out http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. Vitamins A, C, and E, beta carotene and the mineral ‘selenium’ would help keep your skin healthy. A large amount of beta carotene which is converted to vitamin A is usually found in deep green and yellow fruits like carrots. Vegetables that are raw or lightly steamed have the most vitamins. It is therefore important that you do not over cook your vegetables. Fiber, which is an indigestible cellulose material that is called ‘Roughage’ and is contained in fruits, vegetables and whole grains is very essential in digestion and elimination of indigested food which is good for your overall health and also your skin.

2. DO NOT SMOKE: Smoking is a very, very, very, terrible, horrible, disgusting habit. It is especially disgusting and annoying when a person decides that he/she wants to smoke and disturbs non-smokers with the horrible smell. Smoking produces free radicals which are indicating in aging and drying of the human skin. It is also indicated in causing cancer. Inhaling tobacco smoke also constricts your blood vessels impeding circulation that is responsible for your skins’ healthy color and can lead to heart diseases. Nicotine stains your teeth and fingers and the odor of tobacco smoke also clings to your skin and hair. Would someone please tell me the advantage of smoking because right now all I see is disadvantages, disadvantages and more disadvantages? So why would anyone do it?

Well I hope you take to heart what I have written and follow them.
I gotta go, should come back soon with more health tips or might just give tips on how to apply make-up perfectly. I haven’t decided yet. Oh well, we will just have to wait and see.
It’s your girl, Bim nubi saying stay beautifully blessed. Ciao.

P.S: Check out my previous posts to know about my acne treatments and also http://Acnespotfree.blogspot.com to know how I have achieved my acne free face. Love to see you.

GET THAT SPECTACULAR SKIN THAT YOU DESERVE

Like I said yesterday, I am acne free for now and I am grateful for that. You can’t imagine how many times I have wished that I would have an acne free skin for at least 1 week. This is because it always seems as if as one attack of acne is leaving, another one is coming. Thank God that is at least over for now.

I would like to thank you, my readers for helping me because though I have known about the acne treatment that I use for a long time, I was never motivated to continue it for as long as I have now. Now I just need to get rid of my spots, I have a product that I am using but I would let you know about it when I start to get results. The fact that my face is acne free for now does not mean that I will stop now. NO WAY, I am going to stick to it like glue ‘cos I have a big function coming up and I want to look great.

Well, I would like to let you know about a product that has really helped me. It is Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème. If you notice in my previous posts, I did not begin with this product but the high rankings (and ramblings) of my friends about how good the product was, made me curious and I decided to try it (it comes as a system with supplements that last for a month). Well I am glad I did.

It is a cream that is benzoyl peroxide based which means it has got antibacterial activity (due to the benzoyl peroxide). It is also loaded with lots and lots and lots of herbal extracts like Calendula extract, Aloe vera extract, Lemon peel extract, chamomile extract and so much more. Check out what the other extracts are and their function is at
http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. It is also moisturizing which means the ‘supposed’ dryness that is to be felt with benzoyl peroxide is taken care of by the moisturizing agent.

All the herbal extracts are included to help with either the inflammation of acne or irritation that is associated with acne. I think if the manufacturers had just put all the above ingredients it would make a great product. Don’t you think? But guess what? Check out http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 to know what they did.

Okay I would give you a sneak preview, they added some vitamins to it (my, oh my, nourishment inside and out, if you get my drift). If you don’t, here is what I mean. It comes with a supplement pack that contains vitamins and antioxidants. NOW you get it….nourishment inside and out. That is not all; there are some SECRET INGREDIENTS that are added that I cannot tell you about, you just have to find out yourself. So do the ‘indiana jones’ thing check outhttp://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. I am sure you won’t be sorry.

Another thing that I love about Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème is its color and packaging. The packaging is simply divine, the blue color and shape is great. The bottle of its supplement is great too. I personally have a problem when buying things I tend to look at the packaging before I even consider reading the label and deciding if the product is good or not. It is good for all ages.

Oh by the way, they have got this great promo going on, why don’t you find out about it yourself. Get curious; explore a little ‘cos you have got nothing to lose but your acne.

I got curious, gave it a try and I am saying (not too sound too PROUD) ‘I AM ACNE FREE’.

Gotta run. Hope you had a nice time, I sure did.
It’s your girl, Bim nubi saying stay beautifully blessed. Ciao.

BLAZING HOT NEWS

Hi everyone. I am sure glad to be able to post on something that i think is incredible and you deserve to know about. You interested? Well, wait for it, INTRODUCIIIING……. 4 new smoking hot blogs that I think could change not only your life but also that of your family and friends. Want to know about them? Okay, let’s go then.

They are http://Arthritiscontrol.blogspot.com, http://Diabetes.blogspot.com, http://Acnespotfree.blogspot.com and http://Breastcancerwatch.blogspot.com. As their names suggest, they have content that are relevant to the proper management of the disease i.e. Arthritis, Diabetes, Acne spot/scar (not a disease but a problem that most acne sufferers have to live with) and Breast cancer.

I hope you enjoy their contents even if you do not have any of the diseases or problem. Remember learning about these diseases (or problem) and how to effectively prevent and treat them could one day save you even if you are guy (breast cancer affects men too)/one of your family member or friends.

I would give you an example, I don’t have breast cancer but I have seen how those who have it suffer and there is also the fact that I am a lady (and a pharmacist) I have to know how to detect it early (as that is the major key to taking care of breast cancer/any cancer for that matter), so I need quality information on it.

Well, that’s all for now folks.
Remain beautifully blessed. It’s Bim nubi signing out. Ciao.

PRODUCT REVIEW DAY

Hey you all. It has been quite a while. Today like the title says I would like to write a product review for a product that I think you just have to know about. It is not only good for your skin (acne) but also for your general health. Interested? Okay let’s go.

The Product, ladies and gentlemen is…….(drum roll)Acnezine Skin Antioxidant Capsules by Revitol®http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. It is a dietary supplement packed full with vitamins, antioxidants and other herbal/naturally obtained ingredients. It thereby fights acne from inside (internally) acting like an internal cleanser. It acts by fighting free radicals which cause damage to the body and is effective in treating mild and moderate acne.

It contains Vitamin C which is an antioxidant which helps in reducing the damage that is caused by free radical, helps in the synthesis of collagen (a key structural protein), improves skin texture and reduces wrinkles. Vitamin E is also present; it is also an antioxidant that protects the cells from the effects of free radicals.

Another antioxidant that is in this product is Alpha Lipoic acid. This one is however different in that it is water and fat soluble so can go through every fluid and organ in your body. It helps in suppressing the inflammatory response within the cells. It prevents wrinkles by acting against the collagen-digesting enzymes. Wow! All that in just one capsule but that’s not all. Getting interested? check it out here:
http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509

It contains Ubidecarenone Co-Enzyme Q10 which is naturally made in the body. It is a co-enzyme so helps enzymes to function properly. It is also an antioxidant which helps produce the energy necessary for cell growth. Also present in the product is Hydrolyzed collagen which helps the body’s collagen containing tissues like the bones and cartilage. Hyaluronic acid (a component of connective tissue), Aloe vera (which contains a lot of nutrients that is just great for your body) and Bioperine (increases the absorption of many supplements making them more active) are also present. Check it out here:
http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509

All that in one capsule, I think that it is simply great. It is possible to obtain the ingredients individually but that would mean you popping a lot of capsules every day. I don’t think I can do that. So this is so convenient for me. It is available in a pack of 30 capsules (should last for a month as one is taken daily) and sold with Revitol® Acne Moisturising Crème which contains benzoyl peroxide (low concentration) and herbal extracts. The combination allows you to tackle acne from inside and outside. Check out
http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509.

There is even a promotion going on right now. Here let me give you a tip: If you want to take advantage of the promo but are short of cash, you could get a friend who uses the products to give you half of the money and you guys would share the products after. That is what I call great savings. Check them out at http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 to know what the promotion is all about.

So go try out this product, the only thing you have to lose is your acne.
Be beautifully blessed, Bim nubi signing out.

NEW DAY, NEW POSSIBILITIES

I am sorry that I have not been able to post anything for some days. I was busy and could not seem to find the time to write. I recently had the privilege of watching some films that have been out for a couple of years now, they are ‘crossover’ and ‘drumline’. I know that they are kinda old but I did enjoy watching them. I saw that Eva (the girl that played the role of 'Vanessa'), a winner of Tyra Banks’ American next model was there. I don’t quite get it, must models also act? I watched ‘Take the Lead’ and saw that Yaya (she was the 1st runner up in the episode that Eva won) was there. Oh well, I enjoyed watching the movies.

Can someone please tell me who the guy that played ‘Cruise’ is? I know I have seen him somewhere (on TV) but don’t know if he acts/sings. I absolutely thought he was cute. The guy who played Tech was not bad too.

I gotta a big function coming up real soon and I want to look great so I have to stick to my acne treatments like glue. I want to look fabulous. I use salicylic acid for my acne (for those of you that don’t know). So I think I should talk more on the product I use. It is called Clarifying Cleanser by Murad Acne complex® (Acne Complex). It contains salicylic acid, green tea extract and menthol. What I love about it is the fact that it is a foam cleanser. Its lather is simply great. I love the menthol smell; it has a calming effect on me which is wonderful for my body. The concentration of salicylic acid in it is 1.5% which is perfect for my skin. You don’t even need a wash cloth as it is naturally exfoliating. It helps tone my skin, keeping it acne free.

It actually comes as a complete system with an exfoliating acne treatment gel and skin perfecting lotion. The exfoliating acne treatment gel is to be used after the cleanser, it contains retinol and glycolic acid that helps control breakouts and repairs your skin cells and heals your blemishes. The skin perfecting lotion is one wonderful product that I can’t do without in a day. Not only is oil free, it contains Queen of meadow extract which reduces oil production and tightens pores which means reduction of acne for me.

I think the best part of Murad Acne Complex® is the Clarifying Mask which absorbs oil and accelerates healing and it is FREE!!! It comes with the acne spot treatment when you buy the whole system. Can you beat that? The two products cost $25 (that is great savings for me). The clarifying mask contains sulfur which reduces the severity of acne and is also effective against eczema and licorice extract which soothes and calms the skin. The acne spot treatment contains sulfur also.

I however, have a confession to make I don’t use all the products every time with the exception of the skin perfecting lotion and the clarifying cleanser because I have started with Proactiv® Solution which contains benzoyl peroxide. My friend however uses everything (Murad Acne Complex® products) and he really appreciates the fact that I recommended it to him because he loves it.

Other benzoyl peroxide products that you could check are Revitol® Spot gel http://www.revitol.com/acne-spot-gel/?aid=490509 and Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509, it has a lot of herbal extracts, vitamins in addition to benzoyl peroxide which helps you to achieve that fabulous skin that you deserve. You could get the crème with Revitol Acnezine Anti-oxidants Capsules which helps improve your body by fighting free radicals and take cares of your acne. You could check out Murad Acne Complex® at Acne Complex while you can get a Get a FREE Refining Mask and a FREE guide about controlling breakouts when you order Proactiv®.

The overall best aspect of all these products is that they have a money back guarantee, I think this means that they are quite confident about their products and they should be because they work. So go out there and get one that helps you tremendously.

Like I say ‘you have nothing to lose except your acne’. Be beautifully blessed. Your Girl, Bim nubi.

THE FIGHT CONTINUES

Hi ya all. Woke up this morning like I always do, grateful for the chance to see another day and with an oily face (despite the fact that I cleaned my face the night before). From my research I have seen that oil and bacteria can cause acne, so I have to take extremely care of my face.

I also saw in the mirror that I have been visited by 3 little bumps on my temple. I really am getting tired of seeing acne on my face. I used to think that acne treatment should take care of my acne in like 2 weeks but when I was researching acne I saw that most acne treatment should be continuously used for about 2 months before a suitable conclusion can be made. Since I have not used my salicylic acid / benzoyl peroxide treatment for up to 2/3 months, I have to be patient.

I came across an article about salicylic acid that said that it was good for wrinkles, eczema, Psoriasis and of course acne. So I guess I am on the right track with my treatment (don’t you think so?). You could try Clarifying Cleanser by Murad Acne complex® (
Acne Complex). Benzoyl peroxide is said to be an antibacterial agent; I just wish it will take care of the bacteria causing my acne FAST. I really can’t complain because I know what my face was always like before I started the treatment.

If you want to try my acne treatment allow me to also recommend a revolutionary complete system used by celebrities, known and unknown (i.e. me) that should work wonders for you. I am talking about Proactiv® Solution, you could Get a FREE Refining Mask and a FREE guide about controlling breakouts when you order Proactiv®. Sounds like a great deal to me and oh! I forgot to tell you they got a 60 day money back guarantee. It does not get better than that!

While I seem to be partial to Proactiv® Solution, I have got some friends who simply love another benzoyl peroxide product because of its gel and crème form that contains a whole lot of natural ingredients and also the fact that they are observing great results. I guess to each face, its preference. You can decide which one is effective for you. I am sorry I seem to have forgotten to let you know the products. They are Revitol® Spot gel (
http://www.revitol.com/acne-spot-gel/?aid=490509)andRevitol®AcnemoisturizingCrème(http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509). Hope you find a product that does not irritate your skin and see beautiful results.

I gotta go; I want to continue with my acne treatment. By the way does anybody know any spot remover that is not hydroquinone based and acts fast? I have some major spots (due to my terrible habit of picking my acne) that I desperately want to get rid of. For the new acne sufferers PLEASE DO NOT (I REPEAT DO NOT) PICK OR TOUCH YOUR ACNE, ‘cos the acne would go away faster than the spot it leaves would. Believe me I am a witness to that.

So if there is anyone that can help me, I would appreciate it if you left a comment for me.

Till I come your way tomorrow(hopefully), it’s your girl Bim nubi. Ciao

MY ACNE FIGHT

Hi. Dropped two letters yesterday, hope I get a positive feedback. Oh well, we would just have to wait. While I am dealing with looking for a job and my family (they are so eager for me to get a job), I am also dealing with pimples that refuses to go away. I seem to be receiving statements like ‘what are you eating that is causing you to have these pimples’ or ‘you look haggard’. Those are the worst statements that a girl (who would have been a model if not for lack of height) needs to hear in her life.

So I am embarking on an aggressive acne removal and spot removal. I am determined to find out everything about acne and its removal both surface attack and internal attack i.e. by using creams / gels and taking drugs that don’t cause potential harm to my body but help me in every way.

I have been trying out an acne treatment plan that involves the use of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Salicylic acid is supposed to be effective against mild acne and oily skin (which is what my face as been classified as) and benzoyl peroxide destroys the bacteria that causes acne and reduces the amount of comedones / blocked pores.

Dermatologists say that salicylic acid may cause dryness of the skin and should not be using products that contain peeling agent like benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, resorcinol etc. However I have been blessed with a harsh skin on my face, I don’t experience the dryness that is supposed to occur.

However I would advice that if you are trying any of the products that you first use a product that has a low concentration of the drugs. You should not use both together.
As with all acne treatments, try to use the products DILIGENTLY for about 2-3 months and observe the results. Acne will not disappear overnight with this treatment (trust me I know) but if you follow the instructions you would be better for it. At least your mild acne would be taken care of (as is happening with me).

I discovered some products that contain salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide that I think are great and would do wonders for you if you follow the instructions (I follow the instructions and my face is better for it). Give them a trial, I am sure you would love them (remember try one at a time to check your skin type). They are:
1. Products containing salicylic acid:
a. Clarifying Cleanser by Murad Acne complex®: Reduces 99% of the bacteria.
2. Products containing benzoyl peroxide:
a. Proactiv® Solution: A revolutionary product used by a lot of celebrities (Get a FREE Refining Mask and a FREE guide about controlling breakouts when you order Proactiv®)
b. Revitol® Spot gel : Helps reduce spots and blemishes.
http://www.revitol.com/acne-spot-gel/?aid=490509
c. Revitol® Acne moisturizing Crème : It also contain a lot of natural ingredients that helps your skin. http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509

Till tomorrow. Remain beautifully blessed, Bim nubi.

IT WAS HORRIBLE

I went for a job interview today. It was horrible. Once they found out where I lived,’ it was we can’t take you ma ‘cos you can’t meet our conditions’ (they feel I will be always late to work and won’t be able to work afternoon shift).

They are right to an extent but I was hoping that since they have branches a little close to my area I would be able to manage if they post me there. This however seems to not be the same line of thinking for the company’s management.

Oh well, to another job search tomorrow. Would let you know how it goes. I am keeping my fingers crossed (big time!!!).

Till tomorrow when I come to tell you about my escapades (that is if I decided to go out), I remain yours truly, Bim nubi.

ANOTHER DAY IN MY LIFE

Life is not always as you plan and i seem to be learning that every day. For instance I am in a kinda of fix now, I need to find a community pharmacy so that I can do my internship but the problem I am having is that I need one that would allow me to have a flexible work plan/ work hours and would not allow me to be working late into the night (‘cos I gotta be careful as I am a tiny GIRL). However that seems to be eluding me.

For those who do not know what internship means in pharmacy, it is a 1 year period in which the baby pharmacist is expected to learn about the real life pharmacy. A pharmacist could either be a community pharmacist, an academic one, a hospital pharmacist/ an industrial pharmacist. I am choosing community pharmacy to undergo my internship ‘cos I want to own a community pharmacy in future so starting early to understand what it entails is important for my future( don’t u think so?). It is good for me and also good for my future patients/customers.

I think that is enough about me and pharmacy. When I got this blog I only wanted to talk about health and beauty stuff but I am redefining the purpose of my blog.

Not only would I talk about beauty and health stuff (‘cos I love to feel and look good and so do a lot of people), I would also be talking about ways to improve your life either financially or spiritually [as the Spirit leads], juicy gossip/news about celebrities I like and don’t like and also on movies/music that I think are cool.

Maybe it might just be an all round thing,oh! I don’t think so ‘cos I didn’t mention sports. However I just might talk about the cute sport stars like Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United or would it be Real Madrid when football season starts. Oh well, we just have to wait and see.

So get ready folks ‘cos u are in for the time of your life (God willing).
Gotta leave you now ‘cos I gotta look for a place for my internship, would let you know how it goes.

Till tomorrow, be beautifully blessed.
It’s your Girl, Bim nubi.

IT HAS BEEN AGES

Hi ya all. It has been a long time since I wrote here. I don’t know if there is anyone that has been faithfully checking my blog to see if I have written new stuff. However for those that are my faithful readers/ would be in future I would like to tell you all the reason for my absence.

I had to face my studies as it was my last semester in school so I had to give it my best. I am pleased to let u all know that I have finished my first degree (which was in pharmacy by the way). It was not easy but I am grateful to God for giving me the grace to finish my degree.

For those of you that are thinking of studying pharmacy I advise u to prepare to work hard from the beginning to the end. Concentrate and persevere till the end and you would surely succeed (by God’s Grace).

Some of you might be wondering why I wrote first degree that is because I am planning on doing a couple of master degrees if the finances and time is available. So I guess I better start getting prepared ‘cos I heard it is not a walkover, u just got to be focused.

Anyway I am now partially free to dedicate my self to you, my readers. Hope I am able to give you information that helps you in all aspects of your life and also entertain you with my ramblings.

So till tomorrow (hopefully) this is yours truly, Bim nubi.
