HOMEMADE BEAUTY TIPS

Hey you guys. MERRY CHRISTMAS! How was your Christmas? Hope you had a great day. Mine was not too nice. I couldn’t go anywhere as I woke up with a terrible stomachache and had diarrhea. I actually thought I was going to be hospitalized but thank God for his mercies, I am better now.

To think I had planned to have a wonderful day but I guess man proposes, God disposes (this means that you might plan a whole lot of things but if God doesn’t agree with it, you are just planning in vain). Sorry, I didn’t mean to get too spiritual or philosophical but I was just thinking of the things that happened.

Now back to the business of looking and feeling good. I have always wondered what people in ancient times did to make their skin glow and how they applied make-up (if they did). I came across an article that said Queen Cleopatra used to apply milk and honey on her skin (or is it she used to bathe in it? I am not too sure). The point I am trying to make is that if people like Queen Cleopatra and Esther of Bible times used natural and homemade remedies for their beautiful skin what prevents us from doing so too.

I saw this article talking about natural beauty tips that I know you would love. Enjoy reading it, see you at the end.

Follow Homemade Beauty Tips – For Beauty Is In Nature's Grips
By David Maillie

Beautiful people of all ages have maintained that beauty is not as much reflected in the rosy, youthful look of the skin. When questioned about the secret to their beautiful skins, they have always attributed it to a healthy lifestyle and a few homemade beauty tips. Healthy lifestyle and homemade beauty tips are mostly based on the refreshing, detoxifying effects of natural and herbal products with the former fortifying the system’s internal strength and the later protecting outwardly.
Homemade beauty tips, as such, are based on judicial choice of herbal ingredients for external skin care. Some home-based natural skin care tips would be as follows:

• Buttermilk/cream and yogurt make excellent skin cleansers.
• After-bath application of almond oil is undoubtedly a great treat for the skin – the suppleness and glow it brings to the skin is unmatched by even the very best of moisturizers.
• Regular application of honey or yogurt makes the skin soft and has a gentle bleaching effect.
• Sea salt/sugar mixed with olive oil works as an extraordinary at-home body exfoliation preparation.
• Different natural and herbal products like Aloe Vera, Basil, Chamomile, Lavender, Marshmallow, Neem, Oatmeal, Sandalwood, Tea tree oil, Turmeric, Witch Hazel, etc. used as facial packs often help to dispose dead cells and impurities lodged in the skin to unclog pores. Side by side playing the roles of cleansers, the natural produces and elements strike water-oil balance of the skin.

If you find it too troublesome to go for natural skin treatments, the safest choice will be the TCA peels. The ready-to-be-used medically approved TCA peels have an answer for almost all skin problems – right from acnes to wrinkles and skin pigmentations to dryness. With long lasting effects, TCA peels give back the skin its natural healthfulness. With no harmful side effects (nearing the gentleness of homemade beauty tips), TCA peels can be safely used for teen-age skin problems.

Two is undoubtedly ‘company’ but three is not always ‘crowd’. TCA peels, balanced diets and a few homemade beauty tips make enviable company when it comes to revitalizing the skin. Therefore, surrender to the cares of the threesome and be the proud possessor of a youthful skin and look!

I have to go. Hope I would be able to see you soon.

Your diva, Bim nubi.

P.S: I recently saw this quote on a guy’s shirt. I found it amusing so I decided to share it with you. Here goes: I am so broke I can’t even pay attention. Hope you got the humor in it.

Nowadays people are so concerned with their outer beauty and do all that is possible (mostly surgical) so that they can look extremely good. Women all over the world spend millions of dollars on gels, creams, powders, and lotions all in the attempt to maintain or enhance their skin and beauty. Beauty is a universal theme that has been around since the beginning of time and all civilizations have had a natural beauty tip or two. Modern western cultures have taken the idea of beauty to extreme by resorting to plastic surgery, liposuction, injections, and other medically invasive treatments to gain a sense of enhanced beauty. There is no need to spend thousands dollars or resort to surgery, our 4 top natural beauty tips are freely available in this article for everyone.

First, natural beauty tip is to drink enough water every day. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water will solve many problems that you may be purchasing creams for. Drinking enough water will hydrate your skin and rid your body of the toxins and chemicals that are damaging your skin and hair. Flush the toxins out and hydrate your body with at least eight glasses and your beauty regime will improve greatly.

The second natural beauty tip is to eat fruits and vegetables daily. Fruits and vegetables contain the vitamins and minerals our body needs. Exercise does not need to be hours in the gym a walk around the block on a consistent basis will do wonders for your skin and body.

Exercise also helps our bodies become more adept at digesting food which will allow the vitamin and minerals from the fruits and vegetables be absorbed into our bodies easier. Regular exercise also helps increase your energy level and sometimes can lift your mood. When you are happy and awake, you can look younger and feel younger. Isn't that what all the beauty products people buy are for? To create a younger you!

Finally and most importantly, do not discount the power of a positive attitude toward your beauty regime as well. Happy people are considered more beautiful in western society and having a positive attitude is the fourth natural beauty tip. Having a good attitude has been proven to lengthen your life span and boost your immune system, when we feel good we look good as well.

NEW BEGINNING

Hi ya all. It has been ages since I have written, I have been away for about 4 months (it is a whole lot shorter than the other time). I have been trying to cope with the stress of my job (it is taking extreme strength for me to write this).
I really need to plan my time, I should write more (at least once a week).
I am also glad to let you know that I have acquired an internet connection for my use at home which means I will be able to write more and also research more to give you the very best (yippee!). I am only able to use the internet during the weekends (that is the package that I subscribed to, but I intend changing to an every day, every hour plan).
Well I really have not planned to write anything, just wanted to let you know that I am alive and well.
So to all my fans; get ready for a swell time ‘cos I am going to take on a wonderful, spectacular ride.
Hope to see you tomorrow (after I come back from the wedding I am attending).
Bye for now, your girl, Bim nubi.
