APPLY YOUR EYESHADOW PROPERLY

Here are some eyeshadow application tips. Follow them accurately and have beautiful eyes.

Here they are:
1. Select a light color base using a brush; sweep it across your entire eye lid, from brow to lash line.
2. To apply eyeshadow use a long brush. Always watch out for dark colors because they can end up looking theatrical. You can however blend your dark colors with light colors to either make your eyes look smaller or wider.
3. Use a medium toned shade to cover your lower lids.
4. Blend eyeshadow by stroking the lid gently with an eyeshadow brush. Never use your fingers you could wipe off the shadow entirely.
5. Lighter shadows help the eyes look bigger while darker shades make them look smaller. For bigger eyes, sweep a light shade over the lid and darker shade on the outer corner of the lid and the crease.
6. Outline the eyes using the eyeliner on the outer side of the upper and lower lids while tapering on the outside to elongate it.

Hope you try these tips and actually get the glamorous results that it is supposed to produce.

Remember that you might not get it the first time so you have got to keep trying till you get it.

Well, that is all for today folks. I hope I will be able to post something very soon. So see next time. Stay beautifully blessed.

GOOD NEWS, BAD NEWS

Hi you guys. I have got good news (at least it is for me) but bad news for you guys. The news is that I have a job. I finally found one after about a month of searching and rejections from various places. I am supposed to resume there this week.

The bad news is that I may not be able to post as much as I used to do but I will try to post regularly. I think that is all for my job situation.

I have an article that I saw in a mini-mag while trying to put together an article on healthy living and decided to let you know about it.

It is called “6 things you should know about the black skin” (It was actually 7 things but I did not agree with one point so I decided to omit it). Even if you do not have black skin, I am positive that you would learn one or two things that would help you tremendously. Here goes:

1. Contrary to popular belief, black people need sun screen lotions/creams because solar rays damage the skin causing premature aging and darkening of the skin.

2. Regular resurfacing of the skin with chemical peels, microdermabrasion and alpha hydroxyl products will remove the complexion and eliminate the need for bleaching/toning creams.

3. It takes at least three months to notice any improvement in the skin. Persevere with any new skin treatment/regimen.

4. The black skin is tougher than those of other races but blacks still have to take care of their skin or they might may for it later. So cleanse, tone, moisturize daily, get regular facials and use good quality skin care products.

5. Topical Vitamin C is a must (i.e. blacks should use it). The powder form to be mixed daily with moisturizer or serum. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals that damage and age the skin. It also aids in repairing sun damage and keeping the complexion bright.

6. Drink lots of water (at least two litres) everyday. It will do wonders for your skin.

Well, that is all for today guys. I gotta run. Hope I can do again soon.
