I AM STILL HERE

Hi ya all. I have been so busy lately trying to write some e-books (three to be specific).

I am through writing them (by the way if you want a copy of my free e-book on how to prevent acnejust send a mail to pharmosinubi2@yahoo.com and i will be sure to send it to you) and am ready to give it my best shot writing on this blog. I hope to help you live a healthy and beautiful life.

I have to go now. Hopefully i would be able to write something spectacular tomorrow.

Oh! by the way were you shocked by the death of Micheal Jackson? I was shocked, sad and depressed. Listening to his songs the next day made me to almost cry again. May his soul rest in perfect peace. I guess the choir (angels) in heaven needed another member to help improve their singing.

Till i write again, remain beautifully blessed.

I AM FRUSTRATED

I know that i keep on saying i am sorry for not writing for a long time but it seems i always have something keeping me from writing. First it was my interviews now i have a problem with my internet connection. I have tried reporting to my service providers but it seems they are having problems with their equipments.

I really hope they solve their problems soon 'cause i am getting frustrated and angry. I might just find another service provider very soon.

Well till i can write properly, hope you stay beautifully blessed.
See you whenever i can write.

I AM SO SORRY

It has been about 2 weeks since i last wrote, well i am sorry but i assure you that i have a good reason. I was reading, trying to prepare for an interview where i would be asked professional questions. I was trying to brush up on my knowledge.

Anyway i have been finally inducted as a pharmacist. After so many years the day finally arrived and it felt so unreal (it still does). The plans that i made went out of control, it didn't go according to my plans. So many things that i won't have imagined happened. It started with my suit, it was not the one i would have loved to wear but i had to make do with it because i didn't see anyone that was my size (i am incredibly tiny). Then the car/van that my uncle was to use to bring my grandmother overheated and she couldn't get to the venue on time.

As if that was not enough as we were going home at around 8 p.m, we had 2 burst tyres when we were on the expressway.

That day is one that i won't forget for anything. Anyway i am grateful to God for my life and that of my mum and the driver.

I have to go now because i have another interview. I have to find a job as fast as i can. I will try to write this week. Hope i really do.

See you soon.
Remain beautifully blessed.

SIMPLE BEAUTY TIPS YOU CAN USE

I saw this article that i feel you should all read. Hope you like it. See you at the other end.

Simple Beauty Tips Anyone Can Use to Improve the Condition of Skin and Hair
By Sarah Freeland

Your personal beauty starts with the look and condition of your skin. To improve the condition of your skin and to protect it from the damages caused by your environment there are several skin care tips that you can follow.

First you will want to use a quality moisturizer every day. This moisturizer should be formulated for the type of skin that you have. For example if you have oily skin you will not want to use an oily moisturizer. You should also look for a moisturizer that has SPF in it. This will help protect your skin from sun damage throughout the year. Proper cleansing of the skin is also important to do daily. For this you will want to use a mild soap or skin cleanser that is designed to remove dirt and oil from your skin without drying it out. An exfoliant is another skin care product that you may want to use periodically to remove dead skin cells.

In addition to lotions, cleansers and exfoliants you may also want to use beauty products that are designed to address specific beauty problems. For example if you want to improve the firmness of your skin you can use a skin firming lotion. Many brands of lotions offer a skin firming formula. These products are fairly effective at tightening up loose and sagging skin. However, results will vary from person to person. Other beauty issues that can be addressed by using an over-the-counter beauty product include products for sunless tans, products for acne and products that reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

The third category of beauty tips deal with cosmetics. Your cosmetics should be used to de-emphasize features that you don’t like and to enhance the features that you do like. The type of cosmetics that you use should be based upon your coloring, the type of look you are after and the type of skin that you have.

The final category of beauty tips deals with hair care. Your hair is one of the first things that people will notice. To put your best foot forward you will want to make sure that your hair is healthy and that it is cut in a style that flatters your face shape. You should use quality hair care products and you should select hair care products that are designed to meet the needs of your hair texture and type

I have to go, because i am not too happy right now. This very minute that i am posting this, a house a couple of kilometres from mine is burning. All we can see is the flames, i am seriously praying that no one is trapped inside because properties can be bought back but once a life is lost it can never be gotten back.

Hope you have a lovely week.
Remain beautifully blessed.

BEAT THE BAGS UNDER YOUR EYES

They make you look haggard and don't compliment your diva look. They are known as bags and dark circles under your eyes. Wanna get rid off them, try some the remedies contained in this article.

See you at the other end.

Dark Under Eye Circles and Bags Can Be Beaten
By Jennifer Austin

Dark under eye circles and bags can be beaten if one understands what they are, what causes them and what can be done about them. Unfortunately, most people allow them free reign and do nothing other than try to cover them up. Luckily, there are many ways to fight dark under eye circles and the puffiness. The unfortunate thing about dark under eye circles and bags cause people to look older than they actually are.

What are under eye circles and bags, exactly? The actual term for dark under eye circles is oxidizing hemoglobin. The oxidizing hemoglobin begins with the capillaries. The capillaries are the vessels which hold blood that is oxygenated; they are so tiny in fact, that the hemoglobin must line up to pass through. The capillaries around the eyes lie very close to the surface. Often these cells leave their fixed path and end up in the skin where the enzymes shatter them, as well as the hemoglobin. When this occurs, the dark under eye circles result.

Does my lifestyle play a role in dark under eye circles and eye bags?

Possibly. Increasing the number of hours you can help a little. Exercise, drinking plenty of water, and cutting down on the salt intake can help with the eye bags.

Do home remedies exist?

Yes.

You can try cucumber. It may help lighten the shade, although, there won't be a huge improvement.

Another home remedy is tea. Of all the teas, chamomile tea is the most recommended due to its anti-inflammatory nature. Not only can it reduce the inflammation, but it is a known antioxidant that can do wonders for the skin.

Sleep on more of an incline by adding an extra pillow, which will help with some drainage. This can reduce the amount of swelling under the eyes.

Chronic medical conditions, such as sinuses can also cause eye bags. Allergies can also contribute to eye bags. Constant inflating and deflating will worsen the condition so you should see your physician to treat that problem first.

There are many solutions to dark under circles and bags that so many people suffer from...some invasive and others, completely non-invasive. The choice is entirely up to each individual.

Are you tired of people commenting on how tired you look? Fed up with looking older than you really are? Dark under eye circles and bags give the wrong impression to other people. Don't accept it, fight back.

SMELL GOOD ALL THE TIME

Perfume and Cologne Categories and Families - Categories of Perfume
By Patricia Warner

Perfume and cologne is on the rise and finding itself to be increasingly used more and more by today's consumers. While on the one hand, bad smells are counteracted by fragrances including perfumes and colognes, people including marketing experts are now trying to introduce this sense into multimedia-based experiences. Wouldn't that be cool to smell your favorite perfume or cologne through your computer? The aim is to make the fragrance a unique feature for a certain brand or location.

Fragrances including perfume, cologne, air fresheners, laundry detergent, candles, etc. help make this world smell a little better. You need to be aware of what fragrances you are interested in as well as the different family's and categories are that are contained in the perfumes and colognes you like and prefer. This is a simple instructional table that should help you in determining the common families and the designer fragrance notes here-in:

Perfumes and Colognes are categorized by the following fragrance families.
Women's Perfume Family

Citrus Perfume: The light, fresh character of citrus notes (bergamot, orange, lemon, petitgrain, mandarin etc...) is often combined with more feminine scents (flowers, fruits and chypre).

Citrus Lifestyle Perfume: Refreshing fragrances for the energetic, sporty woman. Appropriate for office wear, day wear or warm evening wear. A perfect summer fragrance especially for warm or humid climate.

Green Perfume Fragrance: Green notes are natural in character; often married with fruity and floral notes, they are modern and fashionable.
Green Lifestyle Perfume. A slightly eccentric fragrance for the modern woman. For the professional woman working in an office atmosphere. Good day wear and occasional evening wear in warmer weather. Sporty, charismatic and artful.

Floral Perfume: An accord of different floral notes. Combined with any other family, floral perfumes are universally commercial. Single florals are included in this family.
Floral Lifestyle Perfume: The scent of romance and starry nights. Floral fragrances evoke memories of romantic moments, and create new ones. The most feminine of all fragrance families.

Chypre Perfume: Based on a woody, mossy and flowery complex, sometimes with aspects of leather or fruits, chypre perfumes are rich and tenacious.

Chypre Lifestyle Perfume: Very elegant, classical, for women who tend to prefer slightly out of the norm fragrances. Chypre fragrances smell slightly dry, not very sweet.

Oriental Perfume Fragrance: A blend of warmth and mystery. Musks and precious woods are complemented by exotic essences.

Oriental Lifestyle Perfume: Mystical, luxurious, dramatic, sexy, sensual. Mostly worn in the evening.

Oceanic Perfume Fragrance: Fresh scented, slightly soapy clean fragrances.
Oceanic Lifestyle Perfume: Sporty, young, joyous, energetic, understated
Men's Cologne Family
Aromatic Cologne Fragrances: Thyme, sage, mint, rosemary, anis and clove are but some of the herbs and spices that produce an aromatic perfume.

Aromatic Lifestyle Cologne: Perfect for the adventurous man who prefers exotic uplifting fragrances. A great choice for distinguished gentlemen who appreciate the finer things in life

Fougere Cologne Fragrance: A powerful fantasy composition of bergamot, oakmoss and geranium.
Fougere Lifestyle Cologne: Similar to the Aromatic lifestyle but with notes accentuating the chypre like fragrance of oakmoss.

Citrus Cologne: The light, fresh character of citrus notes (bergamot, orange, lemon, petitgrain, mandarin, etc.) is often combined with more masculine scents (woods and spices).
Citrus Lifestyle Cologne: Sporty, energetic. A great fragrance when you want to feel refreshed. Perfect for warm and humid summer days.

Chypre Cologne Fragrance: Based on a woody mossy perfume and flowery complex, sometimes with aspects of leather or fruits, chypre perfumes are rich and tenacious.
Chypre Lifestyle Cologne: Distinguished

Oriental Cologne Fragrance: A harmony of spices, woody essences and vanilla results in mysterious and diffusive perfumes.

Oriental Lifestyle Cologne: For the mysterious, sensual man who prefers a stronger more prominent perfume fragrance. Very sensual and great for evening wear
Tobacco Cologne Fragrance: Flowers, woods and balsam create this warm and sensual blend.

Tobacco Lifestyle Cologne: A great uncommon distinguished fragrance for an uncommon man. For a powerful man who wants his presence felt.

Woody Cologne: A warm, dry, elegant and masculine scent. Patchouli, vetyver, sandalwood and cedar form the heart of these fragrances.

Woody Lifestyle Cologne: For the traditional distinguished gentleman. One that is not easily influenced by trends and is confident of his preferences.

Lavender Cologne: A lavender note is dominated by the fresh, bracing scent of the flower. It is often blended with fougere, woods or floral notes.

Lavender Lifestyle Cologne: Fun loving, warm, caring

Now you can choose the perfume thats right for you wisely because you now know what types of ingredients and notes are included in them. I hope this list of categorization of the two families helps in picking which and what types of perfume and cologne is best for you. Make sure to experiment occasionally and try something different.

Ask for other peoples opinions as constructive criticism is often very helpful. Also make sure to begin light with your application. Do not over do it when putting on our favorite discount perfume or cologne fragrance. It should be apart of your impression and appearance not your whole appearance.

I 've had my fair share of troubles with picking or creating the right perfume or cologne for me or a gift for someone else. I have been around perfume and cologne for over 20 years. A FEW BEAUTY TIPS JUST FOR YOU

HAPPY NEW YEAR. Hope you had a lovely new year’s celebration and you remained as beautiful and fabulous as ever throughout this week. I wish the very best this year and hope all your dreams come true (at least the meaningful ones).

Well this week I have a few beauty tips for you courtesy Ms Mariya Smith. Some or most of the tips you would read about are probably things you have heard so many times. However sometimes we need reminders on things we should do. Maybe this article will spur us a little and we would carry out the tips.
Hope you enjoy it. See you at the other end as usual.

Need a Few Beauty Tips?
By Mariya Smith

Nothing shows a woman's beauty like her skin. When you skin glows all of you glows. How many times have we heard people comment on how beautiful a pregnant woman's skin is? "She has such a glow," people will say.

Have you ever wished that you could do something to improve your skin and make it glow? Have you spent a lot of time trying to hide blemishes or discolorations, or dullness? Have you just wanted it to look cleaner and clearer naturally, before you put on your lotions and make ups? If yes, then here's a few natural beauty tips that you can do for your own skin.

Natural Beauty Tip #1: Drink lots of water! That is right. The more water you drink, the better you skin will look - How's that for some completely free beauty advice.

Natural Beauty Tip #2: Eat plenty of fresh vegetables - the more uncooked ones you eat the better. That is some of the best beauty advice you will ever get. Your body needs all those minerals and nutrients that you get from raw and fresh vegetables. Your skin will thank and reward you with a healthy glow.

Natural Beauty Tip #3: Do not smoke cigarettes. Nicotine yellows your skin, clogs your pores and gives you those nasty blackheads. That's not only a beauty tip, it is a health tip. Think of what it must do to the rest of your body, if it can do that to your skin! Just don't smoke.

Natural Beauty Tip #4: Take your vitamins! They keep you healthy, help you sleep, and if you are taking the right vitamins they nourish not only your blood but your skin. All that nourishment will make you look and feel younger. As we all know, when we feel good, we look good. The real secret to beauty!

Natural Beauty Tip #5: Get plenty of rest. Don't stay up too late, then get up too early, and do it too many days in a row. Sure, there are those times when we have to go the extra mile and it may show for a day in our overall beauty. Just don't make a habit of it. Sleep is the time when the body regenerates. Let it get its full regeneration.

Natural Beauty Tip #6: Try to reduce stress in your life (and the beauty tips above will all help with that). Nothing shows on your whole body like stress: the way you walk, the look in your eye, the haggard appearance of your skin, the way you talk, even the way you sit in your chair. Here's a little beauty advice: your stress shows on your whole body so do not let that stress become overwhelming.

The funny thing about these beauty tips is that you can easily see that it really is just one big beauty tip: keep yourself healthy and happy and it will show in your skin. Then when you use your creams and make up, and your lovely scents and soaps it will make you even that much more beautiful than you are naturally.

Hope you enjoyed the article and remember to follow the tips. I know I am going to try. I would love my skin to glow and to get rid of some blemishes that I caused to my skin so that I would require less cover up make-up.

Well that is all for now folks. Gotta go. Hope to see you next week.
Remain beautifully blessed,
Your diva, Bim nubi.

P.S: As we have started a new year, I want to start a new trend of posting an inspirational quote every week (hope I can continue till the end of the year). Here goes the first one:

“Every day, we are given dozens of choices - from which foods to eat to which parts of the newspaper to read to which words to say in any given conversation. Many of those choices seem to be insignificant, but when you string them all together they determine the quality of our lives.”
- Michael Masterson
